What did Resi Body Corporate change in the first 6 months?

Removal of hard rubbish

Resi Body Corporate understands that the presence of hard rubbish on common property encourages other owners to also add their rubbish to the growing piles. The Resi manager arranged for all the hard rubbish to be removed off common property.

House rules

To ensure residents stopped leaving hard rubbish on common property, the Resi manager circulated the Model Rules to all owners, tenants and property managers. Our team understands that awareness, and sometimes a constant reminder, of the applicable rules and regulations is often sufficient to deter residents from breaching the rules.

New gardener

The common garden areas were neglected when Resi Body Corporate was appointed as the new manager. We arranged for quotes from alternative caretakers, some who we trusted based on feedback from other similar properties.

Why did the owners change strata managers?

Hard rubbish

Residents were constantly dumping their hard rubbish on common property, to the extent that there were multiple piles of rubbish with items including mattresses, Christmas trees and furniture. Owners raised this frequently with the previous owners corporation manager who failed to do anything to resolve this.

Poor customer service

Owners were frustrated with the strata manager who was not responsive and very difficult to get a hold of. The manager never answered any calls or replied to any emails.

Owners felt like they were just ignored by the manager and it appeared as though the company simply didn’t care about the owners.
