As part of the onboarding process, Resi conducted a detailed review of all contractors and expenses. We discovered that owners were paying for a gardener for weekly visits, but there was also a landscape architect who was preparing a monthly report on which garden areas should be maintained and cleaned at the gardener’s next visit, costing over $10,000 a year!
After consultation with the committee, the landscaping report was deemed unnecessary and their services were terminated. The committee appointed a new gardener after we presented multiple quotes. This new gardener provides regular reports and has open communication with us to ensure that all issues throughout the estate are promptly addressed and resolved.
