You request a management proposal 

Once you request our proposal, we visit your property and discuss your current frustrations and ways we can improve your property. If you have a copy of the budget we can provide a side-by-side comparison and offer additional insights on the management of the property. 

We gather the support from other owners

If you are happy with our management proposal, we will approach the other owners at the property and discuss our offering. We understand that you will be busy and we can meet with the other owners, we can also keep your details confidential if requested.

We organize a meeting

We arrange an SGM to vote on changing body corporate managers, and the meeting can be at the property to make it easier for owners to attend. We send out all necessary documents including notices and minutes, and we can provide online proxy forms for those who cannot attend on the day. We help run the meeting to make sure that all legal requirements are met.

We arrange the handover 

We inform the outgoing manager of the decision and arrange for the handover of the funds and documents. The outgoing manager must provide the documents within 28 days. The money in the bank account will be handed over, and all insurance policies will remain in place.

We onboard and start making the changes we promised!

Once we collect the books and records, we onboard the property’s details onto our system, including owner contact details, bank balances and preferred contractors. We then conduct a comprehensive review and look for points to raise with you, such as ways we can help you save money. 

We send an introduction letter to all owners confirming the change in body corporate manager and information about what we do and why we’re different.

If the Committee are happy with our proposal, we provide the resolutions required to formally terminate the arrangement with the current manager. The Committee can either call a formal meeting or agree in writing over email. We will be more than happy to attend any Committee meetings to discuss our offering with all Committee members.
